Big announcement plus two upcoming guides on how to build the new economy
Quick update to let you know what's about to happen.
Hiya,
Thanks for being part of a network of tens of thousands of people who are ready for a fairer economy and a better future.
I’ve got some exciting updates about upcoming projects and tools that are going to make that a lot easier for all of us.
First, I have been writing two guides.
The first, is our answer to the Powell Memo, which in 1971 coordinated people in power to not only keep but to broaden the class divide, primarily through education and media, using psychological principles that have now been fine-tuned by marketing execs the world over.
This is The Power Memo. And it shows us how to reverse this.
Second is our sequel to Thomas Paine’s common sense, which in 1776 showed everyone that we’re actually all on the same page and inspired the revolutionary war in America.
It sold 500k copies in a population of 2.5 million at a time when the internet was a printing press, and was cited orally in pubs.
I talk to people every day on the street who intuitively know this is not working.
And that we don’t have a unified message.
It seems obvious to us, but like no one else is on the same page.
This is that unified message, but adapted for a world with billions.
This is Of Course: A New Common Sense, and it shows how everyone is on the same page, and what we can actually do (hint: this time it’s NOT revolution, but it does have practical steps).
I am launching these with a big crowdfunder on the 29th of June to fund the infrastructure for everyone coming in asking What can I do? How can I start? How do I find my people?
This is one big push to get the support we need to create a space and supports to get these questions answered and get people the actual help they need to start.
This is a bit of a barn raising for the 300+ movements to a new economy, and if you’d like to chip in by taking a couple of actions a day to help, we have a group chat and a dashboard for that and could really use your help!
